Connect Fitbit MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Fitbit to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build custom health dashboards with Cline
The `get_activities_date` tool fetches steps, active minutes, and calories burned for any specific day. Cline uses this data to write frontend code, creating visual graphs directly in your VS Code workspace. You do not need to copy-paste raw data. Cline runs the tools, writes the components, and tests the layout using actual metrics from `get_activities_timeseries` to ensure your custom dashboard displays accurate physical stats.
Correlate sleep and heart trends using Cline
The `get_sleep_date` tool outputs sleep stages, duration, and efficiency metrics directly to Cline. The agent analyzes these recovery markers alongside resting heart rate trends pulled from `get_heart_timeseries`. Cline then writes data analysis scripts to find correlations between your deep sleep and resting heart rate. It saves these scripts directly to your workspace so you can run them whenever you want to check your physical recovery.
Monitor body weight and nutrition logs via Cline MCP Server
This Fitbit MCP Server provides the `get_body_weight` tool to fetch your weight, BMI, and body fat logs. Cline reads these metrics to generate Markdown progress reports directly inside your workspace. The agent can cross-reference your weight logs with macronutrient data from `get_foods_date`. Cline then outlines your weekly caloric deficits, writing the entire summary to a local file without you lifting a finger.
