Generate real recruiting code with Cursor and Flatwork ATS
The `list_applicants` tool brings real candidate data directly into your Cursor editor while you write custom HR scripts. Your development agent uses actual applicant payloads instead of guessing with mock data. This changes how you build internal dashboards. You can write a script, run the tool, and instantly see how your code handles real candidate names, emails, and application histories.
Manage job postings directly from your Cursor workspace
The `get_job` tool pulls specific job requirements and metadata straight into your active coding file. You can compare local code configurations against live job postings without leaving your editor. If you are building a custom careers page, this tool helps you test your rendering logic. Cursor reads the actual JSON output from your active listings to ensure your frontend displays the correct fields.
Debug webhook integrations using the Cursor MCP Server
The `list_webhooks` tool exposes your active event listeners directly inside the Cursor terminal. When building custom automation pipelines with this MCP connection, you can quickly check which endpoints are configured to receive candidate updates. This makes troubleshooting broken automation flows incredibly fast. Your editor queries your active webhooks, allowing you to match your local event handlers with the live Flatwork ATS configuration.
