How to Use the FormKeep MCP in Cline
Tell Cline to build a dashboard with your FormKeep data. It won't just fetch it—it'll write the code and tests.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect FormKeep MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect FormKeep to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Scaffold UI components with live data
Stop mocking API data. Tell Cline, “Build a React component to display the last 5 entries from the 'waitlist' form.” It gets to work inside your IDE. Cline calls `get_form_details` to understand the data structure and `list_submissions` to pull real entries. It then writes the `.tsx` file, complete with props and state, using actual data from your form. You get a working component, not a placeholder.
Generate typed API clients on the fly
Need to interact with a specific submission? Ask Cline to “write a function to fetch and parse a FormKeep submission.” It will use the `get_submission` tool to inspect a live entry's JSON structure. Then, it generates a fully typed TypeScript function that fetches and validates the data. No more guesswork about what the API returns.
Let Cline manage your form data
Cline isn't just for reading data. Give it a task like, “Create a script to remove all test submissions from our 'beta-signup' form.” It will write the script, using `list_submissions` to find entries matching your criteria and `delete_submission` to remove them. You can review the code and the diff right in VS Code before it runs anything.
