Build Live Support Dashboards in Cline
This MCP server exposes `list_agents` and `list_calls` directly to your local coding workspace. Cline uses these tools to fetch real-time call histories and active agent statuses, then writes the front-end code to display them. You can tell Cline to build a React widget showing today's call volume. It will write the API fetching logic, build the component, and test it against actual live data.
Automated Call QA and Audit Reports
Pulling historical data is driven by `list_export_jobs` and `get_export_status` inside your workspace. Cline initiates the export, waits for the payload, and parses the CSV to find dropped calls. Once the data is ready, the agent can write an automated script to flag calls that exceeded your threshold. It edits your local codebase to include these automated alerts.
Manage Phone Inventory Directly
Tracking your active phone numbers uses `list_my_numbers` and `list_buyable_numbers` to keep your system updated. Cline can query your current active lines, compare them to a local config file, and flag discrepancies. If you need to expand, Cline looks up available numbers in your target area code. It writes the configuration updates to your repository automatically.
