Autonomous Accounts Receivable Crew
Assign a 'Billing Monitor' agent the task of regularly scanning for new invoices using `list_billing_invoices`. When a new invoice is found, it passes the details to a 'Collections' agent. This is a classic sequential crew pattern. The Collections agent checks the invoice status. If it becomes overdue, it uses `get_customer_details` to find the primary contact and delegates the task of sending a reminder to a 'Notifier' agent. The crew works together to make sure you get paid.
Proactive Customer Support Team
Set up a 'Subscription Watcher' agent that constantly uses `list_billing_subscriptions` to look for upcoming renewals or cancellations. If a high-value subscription is about to be cancelled, it can trigger an alert for your human retention team. You can also have a 'Refund Analyst' agent. Its only job is to receive refund requests, use `get_payment_details` to gather context, and then present a summary to a human for a final go/no-go on calling `refund_billing_payment`. This divides the labor perfectly.
Run Finance Ops with a CrewAI MCP Server

Pass your Vinkius endpoint directly to the
mcpslist. Replace[YOUR_TOKEN_HERE]with your token from cloud.vinkius.com. CrewAI handles tool discovery and caching automatically. - 3

Create a
