Terminal-Driven Sprint Execution

The `list_sprints` tool lets you inspect your entire release pipeline directly from the command line. Claude Code calls this tool to display active and upcoming iterations inside your terminal window. When it is time to deploy, the agent runs `update_sprint` to mark the current iteration as complete. You manage your entire project lifecycle using raw CLI commands, keeping your hands on the keyboard.

Headless Sprint KPI Audits

The `sprint_kpis` tool feeds critical performance data directly into your terminal pipeline. Claude Code queries this endpoint to output velocity metrics that you can easily pipe into local text files or scripts. To dive deeper, the agent runs `sprint_reports` to extract raw burndown and burnup data. You get instant access to team performance stats without dealing with heavy web interfaces.

Scriptable Backlog Management with MCP Server

The `list_epics` tool allows Claude Code to fetch the high-level roadmap structure right inside your shell. The agent uses this structural data to categorize newly created tasks and user stories. By combining this with `create_user_story`, you can bulk-import requirements from local markdown files in a single command. It turns backlog generation into a fast, automated CLI process.
