Connect Google Cloud Logging Stream MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Google Cloud Logging Stream to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Programmatic log access for Cursor
Call the `stream_logs` tool directly from the chat interface to fetch live debug info. Your agent uses these logs to verify if the code it writes actually works in your staging environment. This removes the guess-work during development. You get actual data points instead of relying on assumptions about how your services communicate.
Direct observability for your agent
The MCP Server allows your agent to query logs as part of its reasoning process. It can identify a stack trace in the logs and then suggest a fix in your editor immediately. This loop between log retrieval and code generation is handled entirely by the agent. You just watch the diff appear in your workspace.
Scoped configuration for project needs
Define your connection details in `.cursor/mcp.json` to keep your log access specific to the current project. This prevents accidental cross-pollination of logs between different microservices. It keeps your workspace clean and ensures that every developer on your team uses the same logging source. Git commits the config, so the setup is shared by default.
