Build Custom Hiring Dashboards in Cursor
`list_applications` retrieves active applications so you can render custom views directly in your workspace. Cursor uses these live payloads to write UI code that displays your actual pipeline status instead of placeholder data. By combining this with `list_open_jobs`, you can build internal tools that match open roles to applicant volume. Your editor handles the code generation while this MCP Server provides the raw data.
Bulk Update Candidate Records
`update_candidate` modifies candidate files programmatically based on criteria you define in chat. You can write scripts in your editor that call this tool to clean up formatting errors or add missing company names. If you need to add new applicants from an external database, `create_candidate` writes their first name, last name, and company info straight to your account. This keeps your records uniform without manual entry.
Track Department and Office Headcount
`list_departments` fetches your organizational structure so your code can group open roles correctly. You can pair this with `list_offices` to map where your hiring needs are most urgent. Your agent uses `get_job_details` to extract specific requirements for each role. This lets you build automated matching scripts that run locally inside your editor.
