Connect Groq MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Groq to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Generate Fast Code with LPU Completions in Cursor
`chat_completion` feeds high-speed model outputs directly into your Cursor active editor window. Your coding agent queries Groq models to generate entire files or refactor functions without the usual latency of traditional cloud endpoints. This setup lets you test multiple code variations in seconds. The speed of the LPU means your agent writes, tests, and modifies code before you lose your train of thought.
Populate Code Files with Valid JSON using this MCP Server
`structured_output` forces the Groq API to return raw data formatted to your exact JSON schema. Cursor reads this structured data directly, allowing your agent to write TypeScript interfaces or populate local JSON databases without manual formatting. You define the object structure in your prompt, and the LPU guarantees the shape of the payload. This mechanism completely bypasses the need for manual parsing or regex validation steps.
Audit Code Safety Instantly inside your Cursor Workspace
`moderate_content` checks your codebase comments or user-facing inputs for safety violations before they commit. Cursor calls this tool to verify that generated text or input fields comply with standard content safety guidelines. The check runs directly against Groq's high-speed moderation endpoints. This MCP connection protects your repository by giving your agent immediate feedback, preventing unsafe code patterns from reaching production.
