Build interactive trial dashboards in Cline
Cline uses the `get_study` tool to fetch raw clinical protocols and build custom interactive dashboards in your workspace. If you need to verify data currency, Cline calls `get_api_version` to make sure your custom dashboard is pulling the freshest updates from the government registry.
Automate FDA drug trial compliance checks in Cline
Speed up your regulatory review by letting Cline run structured queries using the `search_fda_regulated` tool. It combines this with `search_by_phase` to isolate phase 3 trials that must comply with strict federal standards.
Batch process rare disease trials
When researching orphan drugs, Cline calls `search_rare_diseases` to find trials and extract precise clinical parameters using this MCP Server. The agent writes the data processing scripts, runs them locally, and stages the clean CSV directly in your git repository.
