Cline handles lab order management
Give Cline a task to order tests, and it uses `search_lab_tests` to find the right codes. It then fires `submit_lab_order` with all required clinical indications. You don't have to watch it. Cline will use `get_order_status` to confirm the lab has received the request, providing you with an order ID for your records.
Search and verify patient data
Cline uses `match_patient` to check for existing records before it does anything else. This prevents duplicates in your system and ensures you're working with the correct patient data. If the record doesn't exist, it calls `create_patient_record` using the demographics you provided. It keeps the audit trail clear by validating identity first.
Analyze clinical results in real-time
Cline can fetch specific lab results using `get_lab_results` and display them directly in your editor. It’s useful for quick checks on critical values or pathologist notes. For longitudinal tracking, it uses `list_patient_results` to grab the history. You can ask Cline to summarize these results for your clinical review.
