Build and test audio workflows with Cline
The Hiro.fm MCP Server lets Cline write code and manage your private audio feeds in a single workflow. Tell Cline to build an onboarding script, and it will write the Node.js code, run tests, and verify the API connection using `list_shows` to ensure it works. Your agent handles everything inside VS Code. It writes the files, runs the local server, and tests endpoints like `create_contact` to make sure your integration is solid before you push to production.
Manage subscriber access lists inside VS Code
This MCP Server allows Cline to audit and modify your listener directory directly from your sidebar. Your agent calls `list_contacts` to fetch the current user list, then compares it against your local database or CSV files. If there are discrepancies, Cline runs `grant_access` or `revoke_access` to sync the states. It shows you the exact diff of who gained or lost access before committing the changes.
Update podcast feeds with new episodes
The Hiro.fm MCP Server gives Cline direct access to publish new audio tracks to your private shows. When you finish editing an episode, Cline runs `add_audio` to upload the file and update the feed. It uses `get_show` to confirm the target show exists and has the correct settings. This eliminates manual uploads and keeps your publishing pipeline contained within your development environment.
