Connect Illumidesk MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Illumidesk to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Generate real code using live Illumidesk data
The `get_course` tool pulls real course payloads directly into your Cursor editor workspace. Cursor uses this MCP Server to replace fake mock objects with live campus data while you write your integration scripts. The agent generates functions based on actual payloads. It understands the exact structure of your campus setups because it reads them in real-time, eliminating guesswork.
Debug LTI deployments inside the Cursor Composer
The `list_lti_deployments` tool retrieves active LTI records to help you test external integrations. This MCP integration injects real deployment parameters alongside `list_lti_credentials` straight into your active workspace. You can ask the editor to compare your local config file against the live API response. This highlights mismatched keys instantly, saving hours of manual debugging.
Manage campus users in your terminal context
The `list_users` tool displays everyone registered on your campus inside your coding workspace. Your agent calls this alongside `list_memberships` to verify who is enrolled in which classes. It checks your admin credentials with `get_me` to make sure your API key has the right permissions. This keeps your local development environment aligned with your production access.
