Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect intelliHR MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect intelliHR to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Query Live HR Directories in Cursor Agent Mode
The `list_people` tool pulls real-time employee records directly into your Cursor chat. You do not have to write mock data generators because your AI agent pulls actual directory payloads to test your code. Use `get_person` to inspect the exact JSON structure of an individual profile. This lets you build accurate data parsers in your editor using real API responses instead of outdated documentation.
Build Org Charts Using the intelliHR MCP Server
The `list_jobs` tool retrieves active roles and position assignments directly into your Cursor workspace. You can feed this live structure to your code generator to build dynamic org charts on the fly. Combine it with `list_positions` to map title hierarchies without leaving your editor. Having this MCP Server active means your coding agent writes functions that map to your actual business taxonomy.
Validate Compensation Schemas and Pay Structures
The `list_remuneration` tool fetches active pay structures and salary details directly into your Cursor environment. You can write and test custom payroll calculation scripts against real data formats. This direct access removes the guesswork from handling currency and rate fields. Your agent writes precise data transformations because it sees the exact payload structure returned by the API.
