Connect InvestorLift MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect InvestorLift to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build Live InvestorLift Dashboards
Cline doesn't just fetch real estate data; it builds the tools you need to analyze it. This MCP integration lets you ask Cline to write a local react component that pulls InvestorLift listings using `list_deals` and displays key metrics. The Cline agent writes the code, imports the API data, and tests the UI. It uses `get_deal` to populate detailed property views so you can review InvestorLift wholesale margins without switching apps.
Programmatic Sourcing with Cline MCP Server
Automate your underwriting process inside VS Code. Cline reads your local files, checks your active InvestorLift criteria with `get_buy_box`, and screens new properties. When it finds an InvestorLift match, Cline updates your local markdown files. If you need to tweak your parameters, Cline runs `update_buy_box` to sync your changes back to the platform.
Draft and Send InvestorLift Offers
Send fast, personalized offers directly from your code editor. Cline extracts InvestorLift property details using `get_deal` and drafts a tailored message for the wholesaler. Once you approve the draft, Cline uses `send_message` to submit the offer to the InvestorLift seller. It keeps your outreach organized and documented right alongside your development files.
