…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect IPGeolocation.io MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect IPGeolocation.io to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Bulk security analysis in Cline
Cline uses `bulk_security` to check large lists of IPs for threats in one go. It parses the results and writes them directly into your security logs or audit files. You just define the task and the agent handles the batch processing. It verifies the results and flags any high-risk IPs for your immediate review.
Automated user-agent parsing
The agent leverages `get_user_agent` to identify browser, device, and OS details for your visitors. It passes these strings through the tool and updates your analytics dashboard with the structured output. This saves you from writing complex regex logic. Cline identifies the device type and maps it to your database schema automatically.
ASN and abuse contact lookups
Cline queries `get_asn` and `get_abuse` to provide context on network origin. It pulls the owner information and abuse email addresses for any suspicious IP address you provide. It writes this contact info into your incident reports. You get a clear picture of who is responsible for the traffic without leaving your editor.
