How to Use the Jaicob MCP in Windsurf
Use the Jaicob MCP Server in Windsurf to manage your recruitment pipeline and candidate data directly inside your IDE.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Jaicob MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Jaicob to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Automate candidate tracking in Windsurf
Cascade detects the Jaicob MCP Server and starts pulling data from your recruitment stack. You can trigger `create_candidate` to add new profiles without leaving your editor. Windsurf chains these actions automatically. It pulls the latest data and updates your records while you focus on the actual hiring decisions.
Query recruitment leads with Windsurf
Ask Cascade to summarize your current pipeline using `list_recruitment_leads`. It scans your database and presents the active opportunities in your chat panel. This keeps your workflow fast. You get the exact lead information you need without context switching between your browser and your code.
Manage job vacancies with Windsurf
Use `list_vacancies` to see what roles are currently open. Cascade parses this list and helps you identify which positions require immediate attention. It handles the heavy lifting of data retrieval. You just look at the results and take action on the candidates that actually fit your open roles.
