Generate code that interacts with the Jamendo API directly inside Cursor using live music metadata.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Jamendo MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Jamendo to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build music features with live Cursor data
The `search_tracks` tool lets Cursor fetch real-world track data while you write your music application. Instead of using mock JSON, your editor pulls active track IDs and metadata directly into your files. If you are building discovery algorithms, `get_similar_tracks` provides live similarity scores. Cursor writes code based on actual track relationships returned by the MCP Server.
Test artist and album queries in real-time
The `get_artist_albums` tool retrieves complete discographies directly into your Cursor chat via this MCP Server. This lets you verify API response structures without running external curl commands. You can also use `get_album_tracks` to inspect track lists. Cursor uses these real payloads to generate accurate TypeScript interfaces on the fly.
Write user interactions with active endpoints
The `set_user_favorite` tool allows Cursor to test write operations using your active developer account. You can verify that your OAuth2 flows work by liking tracks directly from the editor. By calling `set_user_playlist`, the agent helps you debug playlist creation logic. It uses your real Jamendo credentials to verify the endpoint's response schema.
