Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Jira Cloud MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Jira Cloud to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Autonomous issue discovery in Windsurf
Cascade reads your codebase and uses `search_issues` to find relevant tickets. It matches your current task context against JQL filters without manual input. Once it identifies the right work items, it uses `get_issue` to pull descriptions and comments. You get the full picture of the requirements directly in your chat panel.
Map workflows directly in Windsurf
Stop guessing the status of a ticket. This MCP Server uses `list_statuses` to show you exactly where an issue sits in your board's lifecycle. Windsurf chains this with `list_issue_types` to verify you're working on the correct task category. It ensures your IDE state matches your project management reality.
Manage project scope inside Windsurf
Get a clear view of your team's project configuration using `get_project`. It pulls the lead, available issue types, and overall structure into your environment. Use `list_projects` if you need to switch contexts quickly. It keeps your focus on code while the agent handles the heavy lifting of project navigation.
