Query JobScore via Claude Code CLI
The `list_jobs` tool retrieves your active job titles, IDs, and departments directly inside your terminal session. Claude Code lets you query this list with a single command and pipe the JSON output straight into grep or jq. If you need details on a specific position, the agent calls `get_job` to extract requirements and hiring team IDs. This headless execution lets you audit your open roles without opening a browser or writing custom MCP scripts.
Automate Candidate Pipeline Audits
The `list_candidates` tool fetches your entire active talent pool, including names, application stages, and candidate IDs. Claude Code can run this tool in a cron job or shell script to monitor your recruitment pipeline for stuck applicants. When an applicant requires attention, the agent triggers `get_candidate` to fetch their contact history and current status. You can instantly pipe this profile data to other CLI tools to trigger local alerts or update internal logs.
Map Internal Recruiting Structures
The `list_users` tool exposes your entire team directory and their roles within your hiring ecosystem. Claude Code uses this to verify which team members have active accounts and matches them against your internal system logs. By pairing this with `list_departments`, the agent can build clean text tables showing exactly how your engineering and marketing units are staffed. You get instant, terminal-formatted reports with zero manual data entry.
