How to Use the Jobtoolz MCP in Cursor
Generate code and build recruitment dashboards in Cursor using live candidate and job data from Jobtoolz.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Jobtoolz MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Jobtoolz to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Inject live applicant data into your code
Run `list_candidates` to pull real applicant names, IDs, and pipeline statuses directly into Cursor's Composer or Agent mode. Your editor generates frontend components using live JSON payloads instead of fake mock data. If you need deeper context for a specific profile, use `get_candidate` to inspect custom field values. This lets you test your rendering logic against actual applicant histories in real time.
Build job boards in Cursor with the Jobtoolz MCP Server
Use `list_jobs` to pull real-time job titles, IDs, and departments straight into your Cursor active workspace. Connecting this MCP Server lets your editor write type-safe API integrations without manual copy-pasting. Call `list_locations` alongside your job listings to map geographic data to your UI. Your Cursor agent writes the filtering logic using actual office locations returned by the server.
Track pipeline stages during development
Use `list_stages` to fetch the exact hiring steps configured in your recruitment pipeline. Cursor uses these stages to generate accurate dropdowns and status badges in your application. Combine this with `list_users` to assign hiring managers to specific stages in your mockups. Your agent writes the assignment logic using real user accounts from your team.
