Cascade Chains Your Kavkom Outreach
`send_sms_message` sends a text message to your leads instantly. Cascade uses this tool alongside `create_contact` to build and execute multi-step follow-up sequences without asking you for permission at every step. You tell Cascade to follow up with a lead, and it fetches the contact list, identifies who has not been texted, and fires off the messages. It operates as a fully independent sales agent inside your editor.
Auto-Analyze Call Records in Windsurf
`list_calls` pulls your entire Kavkom call history directly into your active workspace. Cascade reads these logs to find unanswered calls, then triggers `get_call_details` to check which team member missed the dial. By letting Cascade parse these logs, you don't have to jump back and forth between your IDE and a browser tab. The agent processes the raw data, flags high-priority missed calls, and suggests immediate text follow-ups.
Sync Kavkom Contacts with This MCP Server
`list_crm_contacts` pulls your synced customer records straight into Cascade's context window. The agent uses this real-time data to map active customer profiles against incoming support tickets or repository issues. Instead of manual lookups, Cascade chains this tool with `list_team_members` to see which developer or support agent is best suited to handle a specific customer's open ticket based on their recent call history.
