Query Kippy audit logs directly from Claude Code
The Kippy MCP Server exposes the `list_audit_logs` tool so you can monitor system changes from your Claude Code terminal. When you run Claude Code, you can quickly scan the latest Kippy administrative events without opening an external web portal. This terminal-first approach lets you pipe Kippy log outputs from Claude Code to standard Unix utilities. You can ask Claude Code to search for specific Kippy user actions or export the audit trail to a local text file.
Automate KPI reports in the terminal with Claude Code
The `list_kpis` and `list_kpi_scores` tools allow Claude Code to extract Kippy performance data for CI/CD pipelines and shell scripts. You can run headless Claude Code commands to verify if your teams are hitting their Kippy targets before executing deployment scripts. Claude Code reads these Kippy scores and outputs them as clean text or JSON. This makes it easy to integrate your Kippy performance data with automated Claude Code cron jobs or slack notifications.
Analyze Kippy team scores using Claude Code scripts
The `list_team_scores` and `list_annual_scores` tools let Claude Code run rapid calculations on Kippy department metrics directly in your shell. You can prompt the Claude Code CLI to find the lowest performing Kippy team scores and draft a summary report. Because Claude Code operates entirely in the terminal, you can combine these Kippy queries with local scripts. Claude Code parses the annual Kippy scores instantly, saving you from manual database exports.
