Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect kvCORE MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect kvCORE to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Windsurf chains lead workflows
This MCP integration connects directly to your real estate database. Cascade figures out the entire workflow. You tell it to find cold contacts, and it fires off `search_kvcore_leads` to grab the IDs. Then it automatically runs `list_lead_activity` to check who ignored your last email. Once it finds the dead leads, it uses `update_lead_info` to change their status. You just watch it happen.
Audit agent tasks instantly
Stop switching tabs to figure out what your team is doing today. Your IDE pulls the daily schedule directly into your workspace. It hits `list_agent_tasks` and maps out the pending calls. If a task involves a specific property, the agent automatically triggers `get_listing_details` to pull the active metadata. You get the full picture of the property and the assigned task in one text file.
Track campaigns and properties
Managing active inventory requires constant context switching. This MCP Server keeps your property data right next to your code. It calls `list_property_listings` to dump active properties into your current session. From there, it checks `list_marketing_campaigns` to see where those properties are being promoted. If you need to drop a specific note on a buyer's profile about a property, it executes `create_lead_note` in the background.
