Connect LambdaTest MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect LambdaTest to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Find the root cause of any test failure
This MCP server gives Cascade the tools to investigate your LambdaTest builds. When a CI run fails, you don't have to dig through dashboards. Just ask Cascade to find out what went wrong. It will `list_automation_builds` to find the problem, `list_test_sessions` to isolate the exact failed test, and then pull the relevant logs with `get_test_logs`. You get the answer without lifting a finger.
Manage test outcomes directly from Windsurf
Use the `update_session_status` tool to mark tests as passed, failed, or timed out. This is perfect for when you're manually reviewing a flaky test or need to override an automated result. Cascade can even build plans around this. For example: "If a session's video shows no user-facing error, use `update_session_status` to mark it 'passed'." It turns manual review into an automated workflow.
Check device compatibility with this MCP Server
The `list_supported_platforms` tool gives you a direct feed of every browser, OS, and device combination available in your LambdaTest account. No more guessing if you can test on a specific old version of Safari. You can ask Cascade to check this list before running a test suite. For instance, "Verify we can run tests on Chrome 118 for Windows 11 before deploying the new test build." This prevents entire builds from failing due to an unsupported environment.
