Query QA tickets directly from your terminal

`list_qa_tickets` lets you fetch support ticket details and pipe them into command-line utilities like grep or jq. Claude Code queries the endpoint, filters the output based on your parameters, and prints clean JSON straight to stdout. This makes terminal-based debugging of support issues incredibly fast. Honestly, don't even bother opening a heavy web interface just to find out why a ticket received a failing QA grade.

Sync CSAT scores from CLI scripts

`push_csat_scores` allows you to inject customer satisfaction metrics directly from shell scripts or terminal environments. Claude Code takes inputs from standard input or local log files and updates your dashboard with a single terminal command. It simplifies your data pipeline architecture. You can run this MCP tool inside a lightweight cron job or a GitHub Action — and this actually matters for lightweight operations.

Automate bulk QA exports via Claude Code

`request_qa_data_export` starts an asynchronous export job directly from your terminal session. Claude Code manages the request lifecycle, checks `get_export_download_links` programmatically, and outputs the raw download URLs for curl or wget to ingest. Bottom line is this. This is perfect for headless environments and automated backup routines. You get raw data delivery straight to your server storage with zero manual intervention — that's it.

Common questions about MaestroQA MCP in Claude Code

You run Claude Code and instruct it to call `list_qa_tickets` with specific parameters. The output can be formatted as raw JSON, allowing you to pipe the results directly into jq or redirect them to local files.
Yes, you can use `list_qa_rubrics` to print all active scoring frameworks to your terminal. Claude Code parses the returned rubrics so you can quickly review scoring criteria without leaving your shell.
You execute the command line add utility in your terminal using the HTTP transport flag. This registers the server in your local config, making all seven tools instantly accessible to your command-line agent.
Absolutely, you can run Claude Code in a headless environment to match `list_qa_agents` against `get_ticket_qa_details` over MCP. It can flag agents falling below your rubric thresholds and log the results directly to a secure server.
Every API call targeting rubrics, agent performance metrics, or ticket details is encrypted using HTTPS and executed inside an isolated sandbox. Your authentication tokens are stored locally on your machine and are never exposed to external parties.
