…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect MediaWiki MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect MediaWiki to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Automated page creation for Cline
Cline manages the full lifecycle of a wiki page. It calls `get_tokens` to establish a session, then uses `create_account` or `edit_page` to commit your new documentation. You provide the prompt, and the agent executes the write operation. It confirms success by checking `get_page_info` to verify the page exists at the expected URL.
Deep wiki analysis with Cline
Explore complex documentation structures by querying `list_category_members`. Cline traverses your wiki to build a clear picture of how information is organized. It drills down into specific topics using `get_page_links`. This helps the agent understand how your project wiki is structured and where to find missing definitions.
Syncing revisions with Cline
Audit page history without leaving your terminal. Cline uses `get_page_revisions` to pull metadata and content updates from specific timeframes. It detects drift between your local documentation and the wiki. When a page is outdated, the agent highlights the specific revisions that need your attention.
