How to Use the Mercado Pago MCP in Cursor
Code and test Mercado Pago payment integrations directly inside Cursor using live API tools.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Mercado Pago MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Mercado Pago to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Write payment code with live Cursor context
Stop writing fake API stubs for your Brazilian checkout flow. Cursor uses this MCP Server to call `create_payment` and `create_card` inside Agent mode to inject real, live API responses directly into your active workspace. Having actual card token responses in your editor workspace means your payment forms are built against real API shapes. You catch payload mismatches before pushing to staging.
Reconcile Brazilian sales in Cursor Chat
Debug ledger mismatches by letting this MCP Server query live records. Use `search_payments` directly inside Cursor chat to pull recent transaction lists into your coding context. The agent analyzes the returned JSON array to find failed Pix attempts or card chargebacks. You get instant context on production bugs without leaving your code editor.
Generate checkout preferences on the fly
Build dynamic redirects by invoking `create_preference` from your editor sidebar. Cursor generates the checkout configuration and returns the sandbox init point link instantly. You can immediately feed this link into your frontend test suite or use `get_preference` to inspect the payment methods allowed for that specific checkout session.
