Generate accurate code with live API payloads in Cursor
`extract_metadata` lets your Cursor agent pull real JSON data from target websites while you write code. Instead of guessing API shapes or using stale mock data, your editor gets the exact schema of the target page. This means you build features around live data structures. Your agent writes the parsing logic based on actual Open Graph tags and author arrays returned from the live URL.
Capture visual assets directly inside this Cursor MCP Server
`take_screenshot` captures full-page renders or specific CSS selector targets directly from your editing session. Your Cursor agent uses these images to verify layout changes or inspect visual elements without opening a browser. When you need document generation, `generate_pdf` compiles pages into formatted PDFs. You can configure custom margins and scaling to test print layouts right inside your editor's workspace.
Audit site performance while writing your frontend code
`get_insights` analyzes page load speeds and technology stacks to help you debug performance bottlenecks. Your agent compares your local dev environment results against live production metrics. If you need to run deep scraping operations, `advanced_query` gives you total control over the raw payload parameters. You bypass default API limits by adjusting headers directly from the chat pane.
