Long-Context Dynamics Analysis with Google ADK

Calling `query_dataverse` pulls thousands of rows of historical Microsoft Dynamics 365 sales orders, invoices, and leads into Gemini's massive context window via Google ADK. The ADK processes this raw data directly, letting the agent spot trends across your entire customer history. Instead of chunking your CRM data into tiny pieces, this MCP Server lets you feed raw OData payloads straight to your Google ADK agent. The Gemini model reasons over the entire Dynamics dataset at once to find hidden patterns.

Sync Dynamics Records with Google Cloud

The `list_accounts` tool pulls account data that your Google ADK agent can immediately join with analytical tables in BigQuery. This makes it easy to compare real-time Microsoft Dynamics 365 records against historical data warehouses. The Google ADK agent uses `update_record` to push cleaned analytical insights back into Dynamics 365 fields. You do not need to write custom ETL pipelines to sync your Google Cloud data with your sales platform.

Bulk Auditing Using Google ADK

The `list_opportunities` tool retrieves entire pipelines of open deals from Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Gemini to audit via Google ADK. The agent evaluates close dates, estimated values, and current stages to flag pipeline anomalies. When the Google ADK agent finds a stalled deal, it uses `count_records` to check if there are unresolved support cases in Dynamics 365 before recommending a next step. This keeps your sales team focused on the right accounts.

Setup guide

Set up Microsoft Dynamics 365 MCP in Google ADK

Prerequisites

  • Python 3.10+ installed
  • google-adk package (pip install google-adk)
  • Active Vinkius subscription with a valid endpoint token
  1. 1

    Install Google ADK

    Run pip install google-adk to install the Agent Development Kit. MCP support is included via the McpToolset class.

  2. 2

    Connect via SSE transport

    Use McpToolset.from_server() with SseServerParams pointing to your Vinkius endpoint. Replace [YOUR_TOKEN_HERE] with your token from cloud.vinkius.com.

  3. 3

    Create an LlmAgent

    Pass the returned mcp_tools list directly to LlmAgent(tools=mcp_tools). The ADK maps each MCP tool to a native Gemini function call — no manual schema definitions required.

  4. 4

    Run with any Gemini model

    The agent works with any Gemini model (gemini-2.0-flash, gemini-2.5-pro, etc.). Copy the full example on the right to get started with Microsoft Dynamics 365 tools in your ADK agent.

agent.py
from google.adk.agents import LlmAgent
from google.adk.tools.mcp_tool.mcp_toolset import McpToolset
from google.adk.tools.mcp_tool.mcp_session_manager import SseServerParams

# Connect to the MCP via SSE
mcp_tools, exit_stack = await McpToolset.from_server(
    connection_params=SseServerParams(
        url="https://edge.vinkius.com/[YOUR_TOKEN_HERE]/mcp"
    )
)

# Create your agent with auto-discovered tools
agent = LlmAgent(
    name="Microsoft Dynamics 365_agent",
    model="gemini-2.0-flash",
    instruction="You have access to Microsoft Dynamics 365 tools via MCP.",
    tools=mcp_tools,
)

Common questions about Microsoft Dynamics 365 MCP in Google ADK

You initialize `McpToolset` with your Vinkius HTTP URL in your Google ADK script. Pass this toolset directly to your `LlmAgent` to let Gemini auto-discover all Microsoft Dynamics 365 operations.
Yes, the agent can call `create_record` or `update_record` to modify entities. The Google ADK model generates the correct JSON schemas based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 tool definitions exposed by the server.
The Google ADK agent uses `query_dataverse` to filter records on the server side before fetching them. This keeps Microsoft Dynamics 365 payloads manageable and avoids hitting Gemini model token limits unnecessarily.
Yes, you can pass a specific list of tool names to your Google ADK `McpToolset` initialization. This ensures tools like `delete_record` are completely hidden from your Gemini agent in Dynamics 365.
Your sales pipeline, accounts, and invoices are processed in-memory within your Google Cloud boundary. Vinkius runs the MCP Server in a secure, ephemeral sandbox that never stores your Microsoft Dynamics 365 data.
