How to Use the Mio MCP in Cursor
Trigger Mio voice calls and fetch transcript context directly inside the Cursor editor during your active coding sessions.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Mio MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Mio to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Initiate voice tests from Cursor
`start_ai_call` launches live phone sessions directly from your Cursor agent panel using this MCP integration. Developers can trigger real calls during active coding to test integration flows immediately inside the editor. Use `terminate_call` to stop active connections instantly within the Cursor terminal. You can control the entire voice lifecycle without switching to an external browser tab.
Feed call transcripts into Cursor code generation
`get_call_transcript` pulls voice text logs straight into your active Cursor editing session. This allows Cursor's code generator to write code based on actual conversation transcripts instead of dummy text. Combine this with `get_call_summary` to feed key context into your local Cursor workspace. Your editor handles the data transfer directly, skipping manual copy-paste steps.
Manage Mio MCP Server webhooks in code
`create_webhook` sets up real-time event notifications directly from your Cursor workspace. You can configure webhook URLs and test their responses in your editor's terminal. Run `list_webhooks` to verify active listeners or `delete_webhook` to clean up testing endpoints. This keeps your Cursor development environment perfectly in sync with your live voice channels.
