Cline writes code and documents it on Miro boards
Creating documentation becomes a hands-off job when Cline uses the Miro MCP server to run `create_board` and document your new feature architecture. Our VS Code agent writes your React components, runs the test suite, and immediately sets up a visual Miro map of the system. To fill in the details, Cline runs `create_sticky_note` to post the API endpoints and data models it just generated to the Miro board. You get a live, visual reference that matches your codebase without writing a single markdown file.
Pull live design specs into Cline's coding context
Reading user stories gets much faster when Cline uses `list_board_items` to grab requirements directly from your design team's Miro board. After parsing the text on your stickies, the Cline agent extracts the acceptance criteria and starts scaffolding your files. If Cline needs to check the overall project structure, it executes `get_board_details` to check the Miro board's metadata and settings. This ensures the Cline agent builds exactly what the design team specified on the Miro canvas.
Audit board access using this VS Code MCP Server
Auditing security permissions is straightforward when Cline calls `list_board_members` to inspect who can edit your sensitive Miro project roadmaps. The Cline agent cross-references this list against your repository's contributor list to flag unauthorized access. By executing `list_organizations`, Cline identifies which corporate accounts own the active Miro boards in your workspace. You maintain tight control over your visual assets inside VS Code without leaving your active workspace.
