…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect NCREIF MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect NCREIF to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build Fund Dashboards with Cline
The `get_fund_performance` and `list_funds` tools feed institutional capital data directly to your agent. You tell Cline to build a React dashboard comparing real estate funds, and it writes the components while pulling live NCREIF metrics. Instead of copying numbers from a PDF, your AI client fetches the quarterly returns programmatically. Cline sets up the API routes, imports the data, and stages the commit before you even finish your coffee.
Map Commercial Real Estate Indices
The `get_index_data` and `list_indices` tools provide the macro benchmarks your models require. Cline uses these endpoints to grab NPI or ODCE data and injects them straight into your Python analysis scripts. When you need broader context, it hits `list_market_data` and `list_data_series`. This MCP Server lets Cline discover what datasets exist and automatically wire them into your application logic.
Analyze Property and Region Returns
The `get_property_returns` and `list_properties` tools give you asset-level granularity. You ask Cline to analyze a specific portfolio, and it writes the code to loop through indexed properties and calculate individual yields. It combines this with `get_property_type_data` and `get_region_data` to break down performance by sector and geography. Cline builds the complete data pipeline, tests the logic, and shows you the diff.
