…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Ninehire MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Ninehire to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Automate candidate intake with Windsurf Cascade
You tell Cascade to find a candidate and register them using `register_new_applicant` to quickly add them to your active board. It does not ask you for permission at each step. It runs the validation, pushes the contact info, and checks the status of your queue automatically. Instead of jumping between browser tabs, Cascade chains these tools to keep your pipeline moving. It handles the manual updates while you focus on interviewing.
Map organization teams using the MCP Server
Windsurf reads your workspace context and calls `list_organization_departments` to map company departments. It queries your internal setup to see which teams have open headcount. It then coordinates with `list_hiring_teams` to assign recruiters to specific roles. Cascade matches the company layout directly to your active pipelines.
Sift evaluations and job postings instantly
Cascade pulls candidate details using `get_applicant_profile` to match them against active openings. It checks `list_candidate_evaluations` to see how the team rated their technical screen. It compares these scores against the requirements found in `get_job_details`. You get a clear summary of who is ready for an offer and who needs another call.
