Key Capabilities
Automate Supplier Risk Analysis in Windsurf
The `list_risks` tool pulls active supplier threats directly into your Windsurf editor. Cascade reads this risk list, flags vendor vulnerabilities, and cross-references them with `get_supplier` to pinpoint exactly which contracts are in jeopardy. You don't have to prompt Cascade for each step. It automatically maps out the vulnerable vendors and drafts mitigation emails based on the specific risk profiles it finds.
Windsurf Cascade Chains Savings Audits
The `list_savings` tool exposes realized versus pipeline savings directly inside your development environment. Cascade triggers this tool alongside `get_spend_analysis` to identify where your buying team is overspending on redundant categories. Instead of manual calculations, the agent parses the category breakdown and highlights immediate opportunities to consolidate suppliers. It presents a complete savings report without requiring any manual intervention.
Run Multi-Step Contract Audits
The `list_contracts` tool pulls your entire active contract list into the Windsurf workspace. Cascade uses this data to automatically run `get_contract` on expiring agreements and check their approval status. This agent identifies bottlenecks by querying `list_approvals` to see who is holding up the renewal. You get a prioritized list of actions to take, keeping your procurement pipeline moving.
