How to Use the Observe.AI MCP in Cline
Cline lets you execute QA audits and agent coaching updates directly from your VS Code sidebar.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Observe.AI MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Observe.AI to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Automate interaction audits with Cline
Cline takes the manual work out of reviewing calls. By triggering `list_interactions`, the agent finds the exact files and IDs needed to start your audit. Once the interaction is identified, Cline fetches the transcript with `get_interaction_transcript`. You get the raw text and the context needed to grade the performance.
Build coaching workflows in Cline
Stop guessing which agents need help. Cline uses `list_coaching_sessions` to identify performance gaps and summarizes them for your next 1-on-1. When you need to adjust your grading standards, Cline interacts with `list_evaluation_forms`. It presents the current forms so you can see where your team is falling short.
Verify team performance with Cline
Use `list_workspace_users` to pull your current roster and map it to specific interaction summaries. Cline does this in seconds, giving you a clear view of who is handling which tickets. Everything is executed via the MCP protocol. Cline keeps the process transparent, showing you exactly which tools it calls to get your data.
