Key Capabilities
Cline executes Outseta CRM tasks
Cline doesn't just suggest code; it uses `create_person` to register users during your automated test runs. It handles the full payload mapping so you don't waste time on manual data entry. When you need to verify contact details, Cline calls `get_person` to fetch the record. It validates the data against your schema, ensuring your CRM stays accurate while you build.
Sync billing state with Cline
Use Cline to fetch active revenue streams with `list_subscriptions`. It populates your local environment with real data, letting you write components that handle different plan tiers correctly. Cline checks `list_plans` to ensure your UI matches your current Outseta configuration. It keeps your frontend logic in sync with your actual billing structure automatically.
Automate tickets via Cline
Cline can scan your open support issues by calling `list_tickets` through the MCP Server. It gathers context on recurring bugs, allowing you to prioritize your development tasks based on real user feedback. When you complete a fix, Cline triggers `create_ticket` to close the loop with the support team. It keeps your issue tracking updated without requiring extra manual steps.
