Key Capabilities

Headless document generation via CLI

This tool uses `create_document` to let Claude Code bring contract generation straight to your terminal. Piping a list of customer emails from a database query directly into the tool removes the need for web browsers. Claude Code maps the recipient variables and triggers `send_document` to deliver agreements instantly. Sending batch agreements becomes as simple as running a single shell command.

Scriptable signature auditing MCP Server

This tool uses `list_documents` to let Claude Code query your active agreements and filter for pending signatures. You can build cron jobs and shell scripts that monitor your sales pipeline directly from your terminal. If a critical contract is stalled, Claude Code pipes the document ID into `get_document_details` to check who hasn't signed yet. Outputting the list of slackers straight to a markdown file keeps your team accountable.

Terminal-based template management

This tool uses `list_templates` to let Claude Code list your available layouts directly in your standard output. Navigating nested web menus to find template IDs becomes a thing of the past. Running `get_template_details` prints the exact structure of your files directly to your shell. You can quickly grep for specific templates, grab their UUIDs, and pass them to downstream terminal commands.
