Key Capabilities
Build PDFs From Code with Cursor MCP Server
The `generate_pdf_from_html` tool converts your active code files into formatted documents without leaving the Cursor editor. You write the HTML, and the Cursor agent calls the tool to render the output file in your project directory. This integration eliminates the gap between writing code and testing document output. You can edit your CSS, run the tool, and inspect the resulting PDF immediately inside your workspace.
Manage PDF Munk Templates Directly in Cursor
The `list_templates` tool retrieves your remote layouts so your Cursor agent knows exactly what variables to inject. Use `get_template` to pull down details and write precise JSON payloads that match your design schemas. The agent uses these schemas to write clean generation scripts. You get working code that calls `generate_pdf_from_template` via the MCP Server with real, typed parameters instead of placeholder guesses.
Compress and Watermark PDFs Programmatically
The `compress_pdf` tool reduces file sizes directly from your Cursor terminal or agent chat. When you need to protect your output, `add_watermark` applies text or image overlays to the generated files. This makes it easy to build automated build pipelines. Your Cursor agent can write a script that generates a document, compresses it, watermarks it, and saves it to your distribution folder.
