How to Use the Travelport MCP in Cursor
Inject live travel data and booking logic using the Travelport MCP Server in Cursor.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Travelport MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Travelport to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Live Booking Context Injection
Need to write code that shows a user's flight options? You can call `search_flights` and inject the real JSON output directly into your function. The AI agent writes working code using live data from this MCP Server. It doesn't use stubs or mock responses; it uses actual, current results from Travelport.
Handling Multi-Step Workflows
Building a checkout flow? Write the initial session with `create_workbench`, then call `add_traveler_to_workbench` to populate data. The generated code shows how to commit that reservation using `commit_workbench`. This capability means your agents write production-ready logic for complex travel transactions.
Payment Logic Integration
When you're coding the payment gateway, use tools like `validate_card` or `authorize_card`. The resulting code block contains the live API response data needed to move to the next step. This makes building reliable booking features much faster.
