Manage Tray.io Workflows

Check the status of everything running on Tray.io. You can list all workflows in the account using `list_workflows`, or dig into recent history with `list_workflow_executions`. This lets your AI agent keep track of data movement and know exactly what's active. Need to check a specific process? Use `get_workflow_details` for precise information on any given workflow. It’s perfect for troubleshooting or proving that a job finished correctly.

Monitor Service Connections

Your agent needs to know what services are available before it can build anything. The `list_available_connectors` tool shows every service—like Salesforce or Slack—that Tray.io supports out of the box. Beyond connectors, you can map out all potential integrations using `list_integration_solutions`. This provides a full picture of what your team has already built into their accounts.

Identify Users and Solutions

The agent needs context on who is running the automation. Use `get_authenticated_user` to pull details for the person currently logged in. This helps enforce permissions or personalize messages sent through a workflow. Also, the `list_available_connectors` tool confirms every service connector that can be integrated across your company's stack.
