Running Model Queries on MCP Server

The `truefoundry_run_gateway_chat` tool is essential for CLI pipelines. It lets your script explicitly push a model query string through TrueFoundry, making it callable in any shell environment. This function ensures that the chat parameter gets routed correctly to the gateway regardless of what models are available.

Monitoring MCP Server Deployments

Need visibility into your infrastructure? `truefoundry_list_deployments` lets you monitor all existing running backend topologies. It reports on every active service in the TrueFoundry mesh. You can also get a quick health check using `truefoundry_get_deployment_status`, which emits detailed metric states for any deployment.

Listing Available Tools with Claude Code

To know what tools your script can call, run `truefoundry_list_mcp_servers`. This command extracts the registry map of every available logical MCP Tool in TrueFoundry. It’s also useful to check model availability using `truefoundry_list_gateway_models` before starting a job.
