Connect vCita MCP to Pydantic AI
Create your Vinkius account to connect vCita to Pydantic AI and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Bookings and Appointments
The agent handles scheduling changes for you. You can book a service using `create_new_booking`, or cancel an existing slot by calling `cancel_appointment`. This keeps your books clean. Need to review the schedule? Use `list_scheduled_appointments` to pull up all upcoming appointments for immediate checking.
Client and Contact Info
Access client data easily. The agent gets a full profile via `get_client_details`, or you can add new contacts using `create_crm_client`. You also get the whole list of customers with `list_crm_clients`. This ensures your AI client always works with validated, accurate contact records.
Financial Tracking
Keep tabs on money flow. The agent can pull all past bills using `list_client_invoices`, and list transactions by calling `list_recorded_payments`. It's reliable accounting. Need to know what services are available or estimate costs? Check out the tools `list_offered_services` and `list_price_estimates`.
