Analyze code flaws and manage security profiles entirely within Windsurf's autonomous agent.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Veracode MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Veracode to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Manage App Profiles
Use `list_applications` to pull a global list of all Veracode AppSec Applications. From there, you can use `get_application_details` to check an app's current compliance policy status and its business criticality rating. Setting up new apps is simple; just give the schema and profile name when calling `create_application`. When you’re done with a container, remember that `delete_application` permanently removes it.
Assess Vulnerabilities
Need to know about a specific flaw? Run `get_finding_details`. This gives you the vulnerability type (CWE), where in the source file it was found, and exact code path information. It even provides remediation guidance right away. If you need a full picture of security flaws across an app, call `list_security_findings`. You’ll get the unified list of findings for that application.
Review App Security Components
The server lets you view all configured Dynamic Analysis (DAST) scans by running `list_dynamic_analyses`. It also lists every testing sandbox linked to an app using `list_sandboxes`. Want to manage who can see this data? Use `list_veracode_users` and other management tools to handle the Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) roles for your team.
