Audit Team Communications
The `list_conversations` tool provides a standardized way for every developer to view recent chats. This centralized visibility helps track communication flow across projects. For voice interactions, the team can use `list_voice_calls`. It pulls records of calls, making it easy to audit who spoke with whom without manually checking logs.
Manage Team Phone Inventory
Standardizing number usage is key. The team shares access to the `list_phone_numbers` tool and the `list_search_numbers` tool. This prevents accidental duplication or depletion of numbers. When a new project needs dedicated lines, running these tools gives everyone visibility into available ranges.
Centralized Billing Check
All team members can check the account status using `get_balance`. This ensures financial oversight is consistent across every developer. Need to know costs per region? The `get_pricing` tool provides country-specific rate data, letting engineering plan for international rollouts.
