Connect Wati MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Wati to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Manage contacts and broadcast lists.
Need to reach a group of people? Start by getting or listing the recipients using `get_contact` or `list_contacts`. You can then compile these into a message campaign, checking status with `check_wati_status` before sending. You'll send out your messages by first gathering content details via `get_template`, and then executing the blast using `send_template_message` or targeting specific users with `send_session_message`.
Build complex messaging workflows.
Handling conversation history is key. Cascade figures out how to pull all past messages by calling `list_messages`. You can also view existing outreach efforts using `list_broadcasts`. If you need to update a user's details, the MCP Server handles that with `update_contact`, keeping your contact data accurate before any message is sent.
Send diverse content types.
The tool lets you send more than just text. You can push rich media straight to users using `send_media_message`. Plus, if you're working with pre-written copy, the server helps pull those details via `list_templates`. Ultimately, Windsurf uses these tools to automate communication by sending out messages through either a template or as a one-off session conversation.
