Managing Contacts with the MCP Server

Your script can check connectivity immediately by running `check_wbiztool_status`. Later, you use `list_contacts` to confirm the system is ready. The tool also allows scripting contact creation via `create_contact` and targeted searches using `search_contacts`. This makes it perfect for pre-flight checks in a GitHub Action before any messaging occurs.

Running Bulk Messaging from the CLI

Need to send updates across 500 users? You pipe the execution of `send_bulk_message` directly into your shell script. It sends messages without needing a GUI or browser, making it reliable in Docker containers. For standardized outreach, you can call `send_template`, which is ideal for scheduled cron jobs.

Retrieving Communication Data via CLI

You run commands like `list_messages` and pipe the output into a JSON file that your next service reads. This is how you grab message history or group lists in a headless environment. If you need to audit available campaign options, simply call `list_templates` to pull all available templates for review.

Common questions about Wbiztool MCP in Claude Code

You write a script that calls the MCP Server and executes `send_bulk_message`. You then set this script up as a cron job, which runs it reliably every night without needing manual intervention.
The server manages structured communication metadata: contact identifiers, message payloads, group IDs, and template definitions. All interactions happen via command line pipes.
Yes. You can first run `list_contacts` to verify your contact database is up-to-date, then pipe that list into the rest of your deployment script for validation.
Use `get_message_history`. Your script can fetch these logs and immediately pipe them to a log file or database endpoint for permanent record-keeping.
The server handles contact details, message history, and group membership. All operations are isolated within your specified CI/CD environment, keeping the process headless and controlled.
