Connect Wistia MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Wistia to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
List all Wistia projects or videos.
Need to know what content exists? Use `list_projects` to get an inventory of every project you've set up. You can also run `list_videos` to grab a complete list of every piece of media in your account. Cascade plans this out automatically. It doesn't just show lists; it figures out the next step, like pulling down specific captions using `list_video_captions`, so you get exactly what you need.
Get detailed Wistia performance analytics.
Figure out which videos are hitting their stride. Run `get_video_stats` to pull deep analytics on a specific piece of content. You can also use `get_account_analytics` for overall stats across the entire account. Windsurf handles this workflow automatically. It collects the video metrics and combines them with project details from `get_project_details`, giving you a full performance picture without you writing any code.
Manage Wistia metadata and assets.
Sometimes you just gotta update something—a title, description, or setting. Use `update_video_details` to modify the metadata on existing videos. You can also use `get_video_details` first to check what needs fixing. If your plan is bigger than a simple update, Cascade manages it. It reads the current data and executes the necessary modification tools in order, letting you set the final outcome rather than the steps.
