Connect Zenloop MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Zenloop to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Create survey responses for different channels.
When a user submits feedback, you can use `create_email_answer` to log the response directly into an Email Embed channel. If the submission came from a website widget, `create_embed_answer` handles that data capture automatically. This pattern extends to other sources; `create_link_answer` works for Link channels, and if the feedback appeared as an overlay on the site, `create_overlay_answer` gets the answer logged.
Get account and survey details.
You'll need to know what you're looking at. Use `get_account_details` when your agent needs core Zenloop user information. Similarly, before processing answers, call `get_survey_details` to pull all the specific settings for a given survey ID. This ensures Cascade always has context. Checking details prevents errors and lets you validate that the workflow is hitting the right parameters.
Manage and list customer responses.
To see what people are saying, start by calling `list_surveys` to get a rundown of every survey configured in Zenloop. Then, use `list_survey_answers` to pull the actual feedback data. It's helpful to filter results. You can constrain your search using date parameters when listing answers, which helps narrow down large datasets quickly.
