How to Use the Zillow MCP in Cursor
Inject live Zillow market data directly into your code using Cursor.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Zillow MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Zillow to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Run Searches and Generate Code
When you need a property search, call `search_property`. The API response—containing address, price, lot size, etc.—gets injected directly into your code context. This means the AI can generate working functions that use live data responses rather than relying on mock stubs. You write production-ready code right inside Cursor.
Retrieve Detailed Property Context
Use `get_property_by_id` to grab all the necessary context for a specific listing. The tool returns tax info, price history, and full descriptions. This live data allows you to write code that accurately handles complex inputs, like generating reports based on historical pricing trends.
Handle Rental Data Streams
If you're building a rental finder, use `get_rental_property`. This returns the rent price, bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. The AI can then write loops or comparisons in your code that process these structured data points automatically.
